Having been dealing with type-2 diabetes the past 5 years and have come to recover from it with intermittent fasting, weight training, and eating right. Ive been using this cook book ( I’ll link it at the end of my post ) my wife got me for about a year know and it has been really good for me. I’m finding some good and tasteful meals that helps my day to day goals to stay fit and healthy. And personally I think she got this book to were I get to do the cooking but that’s fine I like to cook and try new meals.
