Diabetic Cookbook

Having been dealing with type-2 diabetes the past 5 years and have come to recover from it with intermittent fasting, weight training, and eating right. Ive been using this cook book ( I’ll link it at the end of my post ) my wife got me for about a year know and it has been really good for me. I’m finding  some good  and tasteful meals that helps my day to day goals to stay fit and healthy. And personally I think she got this book to were I get to do the cooking but that’s fine I like to cook and try new meals. So if your tired of searching for healthy recipes and what to cook for the week like I was and for new meal ideas this is the all in one cook book that I like to cook with. Well I hope you can give it a try and like I said I like this book Its made my weekly meal plans pretty easy, even though I only eat 2 small meals a day totaling around 1500 calories this cook book is just another healthy tool for me to use and its been great!!
